30/01 to 02/02 - Exploration Mission to the Basque Country

In the scope of the Portuguese HUB ICT Project, developed in cooperation with our associate Fraunhofer Portugal, INOVA-RIA will promote a fact-finding visit to the Basque Country between January 30th and February 2nd, focusing mainly on contacting institutions and companies in what is one of the most innovative and industrialized regions in Europe.

This mission focuses on 4 thematic days organized according to broad areas: Digital Health and Medical Devices, Industry 4.0 and Smart Cities, Microelectronics and Creative Industries, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence.

A networking event is planned for February 1st that will enable free contact with Basque entities and companies.

 We invite our members to join us on this visit, to participate in one or more theme days and/or, with the support of our partners in the Basque country (GAIA and Basque Health Cluster), to set up bilateral meetings with companies or institutions from both clusters, whose lists can be found at https://gaia.es/en_US/associates and https://basquehealthcluster.org/en/our-members/. We will do everything we can to arrange the meetings you want.

The GAIA cluster, through its own project, will contribute to the travel and accommodation expenses of companies that can stay at least 3 days in the Basque Country, amounting to 415€ per company.
